The present paper entitled “Having Child by in Vitro Fertilization (IVF) from Islamic Perspective”. The fertilization of eggs outside the body, is making a woman conceive a baby through an unnatural way (without intercourse). Further, failure in conceiving or barrenness and having children consecutively from the same particular sex (son or daughter) are considered to be the main cause for this phenomena. In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is done in seven different manners. Islamic religious scientists believe that (IVF) which is done in only two manners (fertilization of the couple’s own eggs inside or outside the uterus) are legal and allowed according to the legal conditions, criteria and requirement and rest are considered to illegal.  British Luis brown was the first child who was given birth through (IVF) by Lezlie Brwon. This operation was done on 10th November 1997 by Dr. Steven and Dr. Edwards. The Doctors Fertilized the afore mentioned lady’s egg with her spouse’s egg outside her uterus by medical tools as a result, Luis brown was born and later she was known and artificial child. This qualitative library research had two main objectives: to illuminate the concept and types of in Vitro Fertilization (IVF), most importantly, to clarify the status of (IVF) according Islamic perspectives.
