Price Policy

Diwan International Scientific and Research Journal follows a completely free-of-charge publishing policy for all authors, regardless of country or affiliation. The journal does not request any service fees, submission fees, evaluation fees, article processing charges (APC), publication fees, or hidden costs at any stage of the submission, review, or publication process.

All manuscripts are evaluated solely on academic merit, and the journal fully covers the costs associated with editorial work, referee reviews, and publication procedures. Referees voluntarily support the journal’s mission and are not paid any service fees.

Authors are not required to make any payments at any stage. Submissions, peer review, revisions, acceptance, publication, and online access are all provided free of charge.
