Abstract

Sayeed Jamal al-Din af-Afghan was the most influential and intellectual character in the last century and contemporary age that attracted the opinions of many researchers by presenting and defending his idea during his life. After he passed away, he became the focus of researchers and several books and articles have been written about his idea and his character. Although, more than a century has passed since his death, Sayeed’s idea is still worthy and applicable among intellectuals in twenty-first century. It’s unclear for most scholars that Sayeed was from which country and what religion he was following. Regarding the sources that have been written since his martyr in 1897–1963, argue that Sayeed is from Afghanistan and he was following Sunni school of thought;. When we overview on these sources that indicate various aspects of Sayeed’s life, the abundance of biographical sources attracts our attention. Dr. Muhammad Amara researched analitically the book of Sayeed Jamal al-Din Afghan entiltled “Political Discourses”, which includes sermons, writings on political, religious and social issues. This paper is analyzing the contexts of the second volume of Al-Katabat al-Siyasiyah, and it covers information and special ideas about Afghan religion, politics, science, etc This paper titled “Eastern Problem” dedicated to determine the positive and negative aspects of the Ottoman Empire and covers issues such as the unity in Islam, the stability of Islamic Emirate, Islamic government, prejudice in Islam, the factors that causes conflict between; Muslims and the ways It makes them free of these Problems in the light of Quran and hadiths.
