About the Journal

The Diwan International Scientific and Research Journal commenced publication with its inaugural issue in January 2020. As a peer-reviewed academic journal, it is issued biannually in both electronic format—accessible via the journal’s official website—and in print. The journal primarily focuses on the dissemination of scholarly research in the field of Islamic studies and related disciplines.

The principal objective of this international publication is to provide a platform for Islamic scholars, particularly Afghan researchers across the globe, to present their academic contributions. It also aims to foster scholarly collaboration and connectivity between these researchers and global academic institutions. Through this initiative, the journal aspires to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of academic research and intellectual development both within Afghanistan and in the broader international academic community.
